Jason Sweet
Co-Founder
Jason Sweet is a seasoned restaurant consultant serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with a career built from the ground up. His passion for the restaurant industry began at a young age, helping his mother set up and prepare events—an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.
Jason entered the restaurant industry at just 14 years old as a busboy and dishwasher, gaining early exposure to the fundamentals of restaurant operations, teamwork, and service standards. He quickly advanced into higher-responsibility roles, including expo in a high-volume, family-run restaurant, where he developed a strong understanding of kitchen coordination, service flow, and efficiency.
As he progressed into front-of-house positions as a server and bartender, Jason built expertise in guest engagement, sales, and hospitality management—skills that would later become critical in his leadership roles within restaurant operations and consulting.
While attending college, Jason joined the opening team for a new restaurant location, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant startup operations, staff training, and system implementation. His leadership and performance earned him a promotion to management, and by the age of 25, he became a General Manager. In this role, he successfully led high-volume restaurant operations, improved systems, reduced cost of goods (COGs), and drove measurable gains in restaurant profitability.
By age 30, Jason was promoted to Regional Manager, overseeing multiple restaurant locations and leading multi-unit operations. He played a key role in standardizing systems, improving operational consistency, and increasing performance across the brand—experience that now directly informs his work as a restaurant consultant.
Jason later expanded his expertise as a Food and Beverage Director for a major hotel brand, where he managed large-scale hospitality operations, further strengthening his knowledge of food and beverage management, cost control, and guest experience strategy. He also gained experience in the brewery sector, broadening his perspective across different segments of the hospitality industry.
Today, Jason leads a flagship restaurant generating over $7 million in annual sales, bringing together decades of hands-on experience in restaurant management, operational strategy, and team leadership. As a restaurant consultant serving Boston, Worcester, and surrounding Massachusetts communities, as well as Rhode Island, he works with restaurant owners to improve operations, increase profitability, optimize labor and cost structures, and build sustainable, high-performing businesses.
Jason’s approach to restaurant consulting is practical, results-driven, and rooted in real-world experience—helping operators turn challenges into opportunities and build stronger, more profitable restaurants.
