Founded by Jason and Jen, our company was built to help restaurant owners turn hard work into sustainable profitability. We bring years of hands-on experience working inside restaurant operations—supporting teams, solving day-to-day challenges, and understanding what truly drives performance.
We have operated restaurants generating between $4 million and $7.5 million in annual sales, giving us firsthand insight into the demands, pressures, and opportunities that come with high-volume operations. That experience shapes everything we do—allowing us to deliver practical, real-world solutions that work in fast-paced environments.
We partner closely with our clients to identify inefficiencies, strengthen operations, and implement strategies that improve both performance and profitability. Whether you’re opening a new location or looking to run a tighter, more successful operation, our approach is grounded, honest, and results-focused.
We proudly serve most of Rhode Island, as well as the Massachusetts corridor from the Worcester area through Boston—bringing our expertise to a wide range of restaurant concepts and markets.
